​​Dr Farhat has a special interest in Joint Replacement Surgery of the Ankle, Knee and Hip, as well as Lower Limb Deformity correction and conditions affecting the Foot and Ankle. He is passionate about caring for patients with acute Orthopaedic injuries of both the upper and lower limbs, and teaching medical students and trainees through his Public appointment at Westmead Public Hospital. Dr Farhat also operates at Westmead Private Hospital, Macquarie University Hospital and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (SAN).
